theyre finally turning into a repectable store. no more street wear shit, no more sneakers...

When? I was there two months ago and they had the same overpriced tshirts and jeans. As a matter of fact it's gotten worse - at least they used to have Margiela and such.

apparently the ndg line is branching out to other stores this upcoming season. stels in boston is going to carry their winter line.

Jon was showing me the look book and the pieces they picked to carry. I wonder how well NDG will do here in Boston, especially with a pricepoint that high. That's what he was worried about as well. I guess we'll see.

If I remember correctly, he said they're passing on the denim. But the coats and jackets for this winter's collection looked on point from the pictures. I specifically remember seeing a really nice M-65 that they're coming out with, although I don't remember if he said they were going to pick it up or not. They're definitely stocking a lot of the knits from the collection though. I can't wait to see them in person, but I probably won't end up picking them up due to the price.

i hear you. all of the ndg stuff i've picked up has all been on sale at their store (except for the arabic hoody). even at sale prices, it's still pretty high. with the knits being around $200+ retail it's kinda hard to justify the price when you can go and get some apc stuff that looks similar. but their knits are pretty awesome. if stel's decides to sell the stuff at a higher mark up than the ndg store in new york, then i doubt it'll move.

they dont carry anymore shitty brands and their line has almost completely turned into more dressy stuff. pants, button ups, polos, jackets, different sweaters and cardigans...
