Yeah, mine was definitely from 2004 and may not have been from a credible source. Plus, the listing is "Los Angeles County" which normal charts don't account for. Usually they wouldn't include Compton/Watts/Long Beach in "Los Angeles" which is why I think it doesn't usually make it......
