I'm having a hard time figuring out the sizing, between the measurements and the photo of the coat on you. Does the coat fit pretty big on you? Would you have fit in a medium?

You're sufficiently skinnier than I am (6'2", 190) that I wouldn't think I'd fit in something you bought, but the measurement numbers seem OK.
