BNWT SPURR white denim, sz. 31 -- SUPER CHEAP

First time selling on here since I mostly use SF. Same handle, so feel free to check me out there. These are BNWT white SPURR denim (13 oz.), tagged 31. I just picked them up on SF from another forum member but they don't fit as I expected. The denim itself is a great weight and feel for summer, and as always with SPURR, there are plenty of nice, subtle details like hidden rivets in the rear pockets and chain-stitching in key spots (check out this video of Simon Spurr talking about his denim). The cut isn't specified on the tag, but these are not the Pipes. I have a pair of Pipes in indigo that I love, but the fit on these is more straight-leg than skinny. That probably makes them the Classic cut, but like I said, the cut isn't specified so check the measurements for a sense of fit. Just my opinion here, but I think these would be best for a 31 waist. A lot of people think you should size up on SPURRs, and you'll notice that the waist only measures 15.25". However, the fit of the jeans is probably best suited to a 31, while the waist, which would be slightly snug at first, would undoubtedly stretch. I'm asking $50>>$45 shipped in CONUS, however I'm open to trades, particularly if you have slim-fitting white or cream-colored denim in size 30, but I'll entertain other offers as well.

EDIT: I noticed a slight scratch across one of the back pockets. The jeans came to me that way since I haven't even worn them. The scratch is incredibly slight, so much so that I couldn't get a picture of it, but for the sake of full disclosure I wanted to list it.
