I've got some paul smiths that look like that...Theyre from this season but not on their website..

You could try Rayban Wayfarers with a clear frame, they are as big as that and are black, not very expensive either.....hard to tell exactly what those are from the picture.......

The paul smiths i own are frame ps-292, they have the same styling, but do not have the piece in the center you speak of.
