to hem my APC new standarts faded wash jeans

should i hem them.

at the moment they are obviously far too long. i usually like to stack my jeans, but actually the opening is very narrow and if i hemed them up it would be a little wider which i like,

id still go for a bit of a stack, but at the moment they are many inches too long. im 5.9-10 and i take a 31.

would you guys hem them

the other thing is that most talors hem really badly, and the stitching look plain and artificicial. is there a way to hem them so they look the same.

I'm 5'9" but have pretty long legs and i find the long hem to look fine on me. It's a different look then what most people are used to. Also if you haven't washed your jeans they will shink quite a bit in the hem i have noticed since the non raw apc jeans are sanforized.

If you find a good tailor, they can keep your original hem line and make it almost undetecable...make sure your jeans have been washed/soaked at least once

to be honest they look unusul long, but i am so used to seeing badly hemed jeans that im pretty sure ill leave them as is.

but ill see how they come out in the wash first. any tips for washing. as they are not raw just a regular cycle i suppose

yup since they aren't the overdyed black(no need to preserve the color) i would just use a regular cycle to wash them. After washing my black overdyed NS they hem shrunk quite a bit that they did not bunch up at the bottom anymore.

If you're in ny, take them to 45rpm. They'll do it for approx $10-$15..

I'm 5'7 and my 27 grey faded cures fit me fine, but the inseam may not be as long because they're a girl size, I dunno.
