Been looking for this style for a long time, but wasnt sure they existed.

Since they are shrink to fit, I guess I would need a 38 x 40.

I've already emailed the seller, so hopefully they can help me out.

Anyone seen these in shops in the US, and could hook me up?

look for 201s, 1937s or 1933s.

why on earth are they fake.

the seller has said they are not vintage repros.

they are just regular STF but with a buckle.

i dont want selvedge etc. I have enough selvedge

Those definately look fake to me. They also have a nice color though. For the right price I cop 'em.

They are fake. The seller knows they are fake. he is a sleazeball.

I sent the same guy a detailed account of why they were fake. I didn't keep his reply but I recall him saying he would withdraw them for sale. he also turned up on superfuture, posing as someone else.

THose jeans are a crappy shape, they look nothing at all like old levi's - the cinch is in completely the wrong place. Buy some decent cheap jeans from TopShop or H&M, and don't give your money to a dodgy seller who's trying to pass off shoddy goods as something they're obviously not.
