For sale is a Hussein Chalayan tshirt/jumper combo knit from 2002/03 'meet me at heathrow airport' collection.

It is new and never been worn, with tag still attached.

Colour is Brown, underneath stitched at the neck is a white tshirt with text all over. Its a really nice piece but has always been too big for me, its a size 52 I think.

A very cool piece in Hussein's story. In a interview I just read with him, he stated that one person showed up at the airport to meet him, following the instructions that were posted on the garment. His team met the one gentlemen, but Hussein didn't meet him until years later, after he was approached in the supermarket by the same man.

Cool story, I really like it but it is way too big for me around the shoulders so the only option is trying to tailor it (unstitch the two layers at the neck and pull the top layer upwards and cut some material around the neck off and re-stitch) but its way too risky so I'd rather it went to a good home.

Unrelated note - I'm going to NYC for the first time in a couple of weeks with my girlfriend, apart from checking out Atelier and one of the joints featured on Man v Food we haven't worked out plans yet, I'd welcome some advice on what to do from a local...
