no starch needed, motherfuckers are stiff as cardboard...

gap jeans are meant to be soft, and i cant even imagine how starching only the bottom part of the legs would look... ew...

just get a can of starch and spray around the area you want them to be stiff the most. i sprayed my ns on the thigh and the back of the knee, so that the honeycomb and the whiskers would be more pronounced. im using the extra stiff starch, cant remember the brand but so far so good.

when i sprayed it, I sprayed on the outside of the jeans and when it dried, it turned white. Am I suppose to spray the inside or completely dissolve the starch in hot water first?

nice, I followed someone's instructions of boiling the starch first, then spraying it. Worked brilliantly. Now I just gotta adjust the mixture.

the jeans tend to go soft after one wear though... maybe not enough starch.

starching is one thing, but wearing wet sugar water is another. the only sugar appropriate for denim is sugar canes.

im trying it tomorrow, had been washing my hands and rubbing them dry on my thigh's and creating wiskers like that ... but pulling my leg hairs out at the same time:(
