Since this thread is old, I'll ask some of the newer posters. How do these jeans fit? DId you have to size up/down or stay tts? More pics would be nice. LFC, I'm not sure why we haven't heard more re: Chimala-- I guess it has something to do with the scarcity and price tag. I'm intrigued by the material/color, as I'm a big fan of the PRPS raw stuff.

Chimala is not very popular for some reason, but the denim used on them is really nice and soft on the OW, so is the construction. If selvage is not really a concern for you, i'd suggest them highly.

Yeah, not a lot of love around here. I've still got my pair (sized down 1)-- really wonderful denim, and I dont mind that it doesn't have the selvedge. The hardware is lovely, too. Universal rivets and the melange pocket bags are great. Definitely recommend a pair to anyone looking for a nice, simple jean.
