need advice on repairing 4yr old Nudie RR dry selv

My Nudie RR dry selv look amazing but they have two small holes in the crotch and one in my back wallet pocket that I'd like to repair. The denim around the holes is getting quite thin and I don't want the holes to get larger. Has anyone been in this situation?

That happens with raw jeans, unfortunately, due to the increased abrasion. You can repair them yourself, by sewing in a patch, or take them to a tailor to do it for you.

more specifically, i'm afraid sewing in a patch will fuck them up more. is an iron in patch more effective?

No, you'll have to sew the patch in.

Where are you located? The Denim Doctor in Los Angeles does really fucking great repairs on denim. They can make a hole look like it never even existed. Seriously. And if you live out of the area you can ship your stuff to them if you're willing to pay for it and wait to have them shipped back.

TragicBliss, I live in Madison, WI. I just picked up a pair of Atelier LaDurance so I guess I could send away my Nudies to sunny California. Thanks for the tip.

I repaired my jeans with textile glue. It's supposed to hold up to 60*C but I haven't washed them yet so I dont know if it's true.

Denim doctors will probably do a great job though.
