POOL trade show

Hey y'all, I think I want to exhibit at this in August in Vegas, but I'm not sure I want to spend the loot on my own space. Anyone want to share a booth and the costs? I'm not sure about the rules and all that, but if you think are shit will mesh well, let's talk. Registration deadline is April 30th I think.

talk to me baskew, what do you know about the pros and cons of each. are you going to project NYC or Vegas? What's the price difference? Which one has a better turnout?

Project tends to be a lot more denim oriented, Pool is a lot more t-shirt oriented. But, that doesnt mean that t-shirt brands dont do Project and denim lines dont do Pool. Project (New York at least) is 7200 dollars compared to pool which is 5000. As far as which is better, I have heard that you get what you pay for and Project is supposed to be the better show. But, considering that they are in the same place and around the same time they are probably not that different from each other. Pool seems like a better show to me (as a t-shirt line) because they really convey the idea that people are there to see the clothes, not the outrageous booths put together by big corps. (like at magic), so a smaller line can mix in with a larger line and it wouldnt be an influential to a buyer.
