Milan muse?

I'm currently working on a project which will act as an 'immersion kit' for Milan. It is aimed at immersing travellers and visitors into the underground culture of Milan and not just the touristy areas. The project will cover everything from Museums, art exhibitions, events, shopping, eating, drinking etc. etc. but I would really like to find some events / exclusively Milanese things that will make for an interesting itinerary - not just what you would find in a guidebook. Obviously information is difficult to assess/find when I'm not from Milan, or even Italy.

Please help!
