These are the signature Devoa "laced" derbys from the current season and are a beautiful take on footwear by Daisuke-san. No detail in construction has been spared and these are made with the utmost attention to both quality and craftsmanship.

The shoes are calf leather inside and out with a beautiful deep rich black textured calf on the outside and smooth soft calf on the interior. The half insole has been cosntructed with a molding heel cup that provides comfort and support and will break in to fit your foot perfectly.

The sole is stitched inside and out (see detail shots) and the heel is a hammered and stacked one with hand beveling and smoothing (toolmarks are faintly visible confirming handcraftsmanship). The shoes are constructed with decreased leather thickness on the top of the foot to allow the leather to conform to the foot and this lets the wearer build "shape" into the shoe. The shoes are slightly shaped with a hint of upturned toe for a nice silhouette as well as comfort.

The detail of the leather lacing wrapping around the arch of the foot is beautiful and clean, providing a nice effect and a change to classic footwear. If desired, the leather lacing is completely removable allowing the wearer to change the styling of the shoe to fit the occasion.

The shoes are immaculate, brand new, in box with pristine original leather soles.

Shoes measure 12" on the bottom sole from heel to toe. The heel is 1" at the back (including sole thickness).
