Londoners - please advise - Levis Store

Agree with all my friends above that Cinch is best. Levi's "own brand" shops (like in Covent Garden) don't do LVC, for some reason. Other than that, Selfridges carry some LVC; they might take your voucher, not sure.

Nothing on Regent Street to my knowlege... I don't think Liberty does LVC.

I think Cinch are likely to take your vouchers, I've swapped stuff between them and the regent st store beofre. The Regent St store used to do LVC, but doesn't now.

Unfortunately Cinch have quite a limited range of stock in at the moment partiuclarly in the common sizes, at the moment they only have 36W jenas in a lot of styles - altho they ofen have jeans from older lines squirreled away, it's worth asking. for some jeans, American Classics on Endell st has a wider range of sizes.

i saw Jack WHite play on Tues nite, he certainly wasn't wearing Levi's - it was a bizarre pair of tartan pants, wonder WTF he got those...

For vintage, I would say the best place is Beyond Retro on Cheshire St just off Brick Lane. Not cheap, but a good selection. Go on a Sunday morning, and there's another good covered market indoors near the Truman brewery - can't remember its address but look for painted arrows on the pavement on Brick Lane itself. And of course you can get a great lunchtime curry there. But don't buy any of the counterfeir football strips! Spitalfields Market, on Comercial st, parallel to Brick Lane, si worth checking out too. (Shoreditch tube, or Aldgate East)

You can also check out the celebrtaed local artists and there's some v cool georgian houses and a hawksmoor church - you might remember it from that Jack the Ripper movei w Johnny Depp, was it From Hell?

Does Regent Street sell the LVC range comprehensively? (501xx replicas in raw denim in particular)

nah i spoke to my friend at levis today not one store carries LVC. so the only thing you could do is freind up an employee of a store that stocks LVC and get them to use their discount.

not me though and plus my store has the crapest selection of LVC EVER! weve got about 10 pairs of the 1890 501s in 36W and thats it

The Regent Street store does in fact sell some LVC. They're just tucked away downstairs with the girls stuff for some reason - great merchandising I know, but at least it keeps the Bruce Springsteen fan club away. Suggest you grab hold of the funky Asian guy with the hat and big cheey grin up stairs - he knows his stuff
