As the title says, anyone know where to find canvas combat boots like these or similar online?

You're probably looking for Palladium-style boots:

Unfortunately, they don't currently sell longer-shaft boots. I'd definitely pick up a pair if they were longer.

EDIT: Actually, I think the "baggy" ones can be folded up to be taller

Ahh true those look good but am after more cheap generic army surplus types like the originals posted, and as you are looking for a lil higher, like 10-11 eyelets.

Yeah I also would rather have a long shaft. There's also the 2-buckle top ones, which I've been on the lookout for:
