The Viridi-Anne seems to do an iteration of this boot every season, and with much success. These diagonal-zip boots are perfect for everyday wear. Slim, long, and with a very slight lift-toe, these boots will accommodate large wearers without making things look clunky or bulky.

Features "baseball" stitching on center seams. Simple but simply good; an easy go-to black boot. I believe it's made of calf leather.
