What type of fabric is that NDG parka/what temperature range is it suitable for?

Thanks for the question. The outside is 100% polyester and inside is 100% cotton. I would say it's suitable for many types of weather just nothing super cold. I've only worn it a few times because its always been a bit too small for me since I started going to the gym but the times I did it was in florida during a rainy day with a t-shirt underneath and in New York during a cold rainy day with a flannel underneath.
