Where To Get Best Wholesale Prices For Premium Denims. ?

Maybe this thread had been done before, but I am new here. and a few weeks back, i had posted a thread on " opening a shop" but was closed by the site moderators. I have no idea why.

Before you guys give some childish remarks or hatred comments, let me get to the fair basics, I am a complete novice in denim. I have some little money, and wish to open a denim shop stocked with multiple premium/luxury brands from Italy, Japan, USA.

So all i need to know, is where can i buy these branded premiums jeans at best wholesale prices. I don't need some funny replies if this guy is for real or a jerk. Please save us all, the time with those remarks.

Would be glad too, if anyone has opened shop or maybe expert in this , and can share with me their experiences.

I'll be frank here, you wont get many answers, if we knew where/how to buy them at wholesale prices, i dont think anyone would buy them at retail shops..... and no one would buy from your shop. I'd probably start my own my own distribution here in new zealand if i knew haraki-san's mobile# or Mr. Freedom's Msn.

Well, here is a message board focused on a very specific kind of denim. Like dawei69 told, it will be very difficult to get into this buisiness, especially if you're a complete novice.

For more common denim brand, i suppose the best way is to go to a fashion/denim trade fair near your location and learn.

What i meant by wholesale price meant, buying in large quantities. Eg, minimum 12 pcs per style. I did not mean to buy 1 pc a style to get whole sale price.

You're gonna have to do what all other shop owners do and that is go to trade shows meet sales reps and go from there.

Isn't that part of opening a shop? Doing the research and the legwork? Why do you expect people who had to work hard to get the connections they got to suddenly give you the easy answers? It's just common sense that people are not going to let you profit with their work.
