I got these in black and they are not that close to the wayfarer, don't worry.

These are my favourite sunglasses by far, get them. :-)

They are similar to the wayfarer but with a few subtle differences that give them their distinctive look (Not to mention the metal bridge and arm details) First off, the frame around the lens isn't as angular as the wayfarer...its more rounded at the edges. Second, the frame is made out of a matte material. It's really hard to see from the pictures posted, but the frame has a very silky matte appearance, minimal sheen and not glossy like the typically wayfarer frame. These give the appearance of a luxury item...not really like anything Ray-Ban would put out.

I'll take some measurement for you tonight.
