Guys... I need help finding a certain type of shoe/sneaker

I've been wearing these Nikes (below) for quite a while. I loved the fact that they were sneakers but still had a low enough profile to be worn with more casual outfits. As you can see, they're seamless and the material of the upper is nubuck:

Unfortunately, wear is starting to show (or has BEEN showing for quite some time) and i'm in need of a new pair of kicks to replace the role these ones played. Unfortunately, I can't find anything with most or all the qualities that these had.

So a little help would be appreciated... here's what i'm looking for:

*Black

*Low top

*Nubuck/fabric upper (or similar material)

*Can either be used as an everyday sneaker or footwear for somewhat formal events

If you guys could just post some pictures of any sneakers that you think fit what i'm looking for (or links/names), I would be grateful.

For instance, here is one that I would have bought had the jersey fabric been used throughout the entire upper, and had they been low-tops:
