Engineered garment quick release belt

i actually bought a danes and hahaway one last week. called the US office and had them order me one. anyone who has the EG one, are they 1.5" for the belt, or is it less? the brass buckle for danes isn't as shiny for their belt. good leather though

will do. it runs on the big size. I wear a 34 in every standard belt, banana republic, coach, etc. and got these in a 34 and it's too big. I'm going to start doing a bunch of custom leather work and plan on cutting the buckle end, punching holes, adding chicago screws and making the buckle removable. I have bunch of stuff coming will take pics to document the process when i get my camera back
