The Kooples

Does anyone have any experience with this brand? (Fit / Quality / Shipping To US / Anything). They seem to have some nice stuff: http://www.thekooples.com

well the guy's who opened the kooples are those who sold "comptoir des cotoniers" (huge brand for girls in france and europe). they made hundreds of millions.

so they opened the kooples with a very good marketing plan. they aim at the rockers wannabe couples that go shopping together and can even share their clothes. they opened simultaneously something like 20 stores in Paris and biggest cities in France (mine even have a couple of those stores, pun unintended).

their clothes are badly cut, cheap feeling, and very expensive. it looks a lot like APC (their jeans are exact copies), and most of it is inspired by what indie rock band wear. it is indeed very shallow, and not original at all.

loads of french teenagers (usually in high school) wear the kooples and think they're on top of fashion... haha.

i saw some pics of this stuff that looked really legit and then i went to their website and it was all crap
