Why can't there be advertising like this on every subway around the world?

These ads sure make me pay attention.

Each poster is telling you to be considerate, like don't talk on the phone, don't do makeup.

Hardly a diss of the poster! Seeing that practically everything in Japan is conveyed in a kawaii context I dont know why bears should be signalled out. The bears are cute and I listen to them, even though they may point something sinister in Japanese society in how it treats gender differences, etc.
