I've never stayed in Hyderabad, but my family has driven through it.

avoid eating beef. chicken's not gonna be that good either, lamb's your safe bet if you want meat.

i hear persian food is good there tho.

don't ever give money to the beggars or lepers.

lots of film studios

driving in india isn't safe. if you're not used to it, you're fucked, just use a taxi. they're cheap but they don't have seat belts. also pray everytime u set foot in a vehicle in india. it's a roller coaster shitride.

seeing animals everywhere, roads/streets etc., is normal. don't mess with them either.

don't do public transport.

don't make the trip to agra, taj mahal is the world's largest tourist trap.

i disagree.

ive been to india serveral times, beef is all good, so is chicken as long as its fresh. never been ill nor gotten samonella which I persume Lab refers to.

the vegitarian food is great, so if the place looks dodgy, go vegitarian.

-forget driving, left side driving and shitty roads and crazy traffic.

public transport is fun and cheap, but keep in mind its dirty and over crowded and be careful with what you bring.

otherwise enjoy the people and only drink sealed water

Id agree with lab on the Taj , its not really worth the hassle maybe real early in the morn if you gonna check it .

Its pretty crazy on the roads over there , kinda fun in a are we gonna die sort a way .

I'm not sure if your planning on shoping much , but I reckon most of the stuff for sale is the pretty much the same so I'd just go shopping on one day for everything in a big city , otherwise you gonna just be haggling all the time , I am veg so dont know about the meat , but should be fun go with the flow and enjoy
