I bought this last year in Hong Kong. It's pretty worn but it's still in good condition. It only comes with the shoe itself as I did not bring the box to the states. Also, please notice that the inside wrap thing is broken, but it does not affect much since it's pretty tight without it. The price on eb*y is $450. Price: 140USD.
