Seriously...refund the dude's money. This was a dishonest sale and shit like this brings down the legitimacy of the supermarket.

it's not like he changed his mind...you knowingly sold him damaged goods without disclosing the damage so you could unload them on someone and profit from it.

If everyone sold like you, this place would be in shambles and you wouldn't be able to trust anyone.

As far as you suggesting that the buyer is responsible for asking about damage, that's bullshit.

You put up a description, you disclose damage or anything of note that might influence a potential buyer. If you're not going to sell fair, don't sell at all.

Defending your actions is just making you look worse...it is NOT helping your case.
