I have the exact pair in size 44 and i love it, this is a friend of mine pair (currently at my home actually) who want to sell them.

Brand new in 10 out of 10 condition, includes two dustbags, original box and barneys ticket (original price $1150, he bought them at 50% discount, $575 plus taxes)

As almost all Ann Dem footwear, this boots run big (1/2-1 size), measurements:

Outsole: 13"

High of the boots: 8"

I'm a 11 (and wear ann dem 44) this fits me 1 or 1 1/2 sizes bigger, so i think is ok for a 12 - 12.5
