FS: LUC Heavy Cotton "overpant" sz 46

Just got these in the mail, but they are too big for me/I am too small for them. An immaculate example of the quintessential LUC trouser. from the tag:

I'll take some of my own pics when I get a chance, but in the meantime, it's this pant:

What are the measurements? Would you say they run big? Could you send some pics of the actual pants? I'm tentatively interested.

I'd say they fit like a true to size 46. measurements are as follows:

waist = 15.5"

rise = 13"

inseam = 30" (they fit much longer because of the huge rise, outseam = 40")

hem = 6.5"
