The Original David brand has been around since 2004. We like to mix obscurity, competence, and social dialogue into our aesthetic. This is a bit of what we've been up to for Fall. The tops,sweatshirts, bags, zip-ups, scarves are the David range (everything is hand designed, no screen prints) everything else featured in the below looks is for styling purposes.

sorry guy but this is some frat boy level styling/pieces. Couldn't help but laugh at the trackpants on the second guy. The predistressed jeans look terrible.There's no cohesive look, pieces on last two guys are even more terrible then the first two

I think this is my main issue with the brand. The pieces alone aren't my style, but whatever, thats why there are different brands to begin with.

You can rant and rave about the merits of having different looks that many different people can connect with, however: 1)Most of these looks would get laughs if worn outside (and even in) the photo shoot; and 2)I believe its more fruitful to have a solid image to begin with then become more all-inclusive as the brand progresses (more than just 4 years).

Seriously, what was the thought process behind the Masai/African look?

I'm sorry the first outfit just throws me off ,
