Recomend Me A Taylor in NYC that can taper up my evisu's..

I cant wear any of my evisu jeans with low cut sneakers or they get caught under and get messedup up..anyone ever get theres taperd up like 1-2 inches? im tryin to have it to they cut off the bottom and sew it back up higher so it looks normal..any help. also how much does this cost and what is the propper term for what im describing to get done?

original hem is the term your looking for, and any quality tailor can do it. also you want to use the word "hemmed" instead of "tapered"

yea it sounds like what you need is hemmed not tapered. anyway, will cost you anywhere from probably 7 bucks for a straight hem, or probably 20 bucks to hem to reattach the original hem.

anyone have any experances with the taylors who work for the nyc stores?? untilted w8th, said the guy does it for $15..the girl @ Atrium said they are about $30 bucks to get this done....anyone have any recomendations?

the place that does apcs stuff probably has alot of expirence and from what i remember they dont charge more than 15. i dont know the name off hand but im sure someone else remembers the name

But honestly, any alterations place should be able to do it..I know NYs expensive but there shouldn't be a need to pay a hella lot for a hem.

but if you are looking for a tailor to hem your jeans, go to 45 rpm on mercer or 71st. they do a good job (10-15 dollars i believe). plus you can see some really nice jeans.

Yeah, 45rpm even hems your jeans for free if you buy some (they should for +400 USD). And they do it in like half an hour. And are nice. And have nice jeans. And it smells good...

thanks for the info..ima goto rpm tomorrow and bring my shit in..then goto mercer street bar and have about 5 mojhitos (they got the best in the city)..they also have some gangsta ass ranch dressing..i wish i knew what brand they used...
