When is the sales in London? Januari 2006?

Yeah, mid Jan you'll see some great sales

An increasing number of shops in London start on Boxing Day now and you'll find the odd few who start their sales in the last few days before Christmas. Be warned: it's manic.

Im going to London in 7-10th januari, is the sale anything to have then?

you should be ok - check the bigger chain stores like Selfridges and Liberty - they will have masses of stuff - a lot of it crap - it's a bit of a jumble sale. Trainer stores like Size? maybe ok too

Some of the smaller boutique-y type streetwear stores should also have some decent bargains - search sf for a list of shops and just hit them up and see would be my advice
