chelsea nyc too what?

i heard that people were starting to move away from chelsea and the next scene was brooklyn. but i was checking it out recently and I was shocked at how underdeveloped it was. sure there's a ton of gallery's and stuff, but there's still the parking garages and random handbag importers and purfume stands.

its far from over.

there was a piece in the ny times a few months back on...sobro...south bronx.

showed artists renting lofts there cuz they got priced out of everything else.

i doubt itll get popular but id totally live south of 125th and the west side.
