Question about all region DVD

Hi I'm looking to purchase a DVD that has the follow description and wondering what DVD players it will play in:

NTSC/Regional code is ALL. We recommend this DVD be viewed on set top DVD players. Certain computer based DVD players will encounter a "region" error. If this error occurs please try the disc in a set top player, or in an alternate computer based DVD player.

it means it will play in any dvd player, regardless of what region the player is locked for. just make sure both the dvd and the player are ntsc andyou should have no problems

hmm... well I'm wondering if a panasonic dvd player (the kind that comes with surround speakers would be ntsc.

the dvd player should specify somewhere probably on the back panel if it is ntsc, where you located? i think most of europe is PAL

dvds will also specify if they are ntsc or pal

I'm in the states. Thanks for the help, it's hard when there are different comments that make it seem like "only a slight chance it will work" or it would have to be something that you specifically bought the DVD player for. Do you have an ntsc player and is that Pal's equivalent for another region? Thanks again.

all dvd players sold in the US are NTSC. you shouldnt have any problems. im also in the states. when it says all for the region that pretty much means itll work on any dvd player thats ntsc

most all region dvd players can easily convert between ntsc and PAL as well.
