TCoN and GoIndi-go Jeans

I recently discovered in a French issue of the National Geographic an Indian brand named The Colours of Nature. They make earth-friendly denim using natural indigo under the name of GoIndi-go Jeans.

Moreover, their denim is hand-loomed.

The pics look good and they're incredibly cheep. The bad thing : I tried to contact the people under this to get some info (on sizing etc.) but still got no answer. :(

Well, those look pretty questionable- but for fifty bucks I wouldn't mind trying these: http://www.goindigojeans.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=15&products_id=36

just for kicks...

In fact-- the only thing that really made me take note is that they are produced in Auroville, India, an "experimental township" which is a pretty interesting place:

who knows ?

It's not even sure that we talk about true denim (considering the pattern of the weaving).

It should also be interesting to buy them uncut cloth to make our own jeans as it's a real pain to find decent denim cloth unless you live in HK.

I would definitely try the slim fit as well (for 50 euros, I won't hope too much of it).
