Hey, when are u getting here?

good shopping locations:

-Reborn, 231 Saint-Paul O --> great clothes (Acne, Spoonfed, just another rich kid! and more) and they have a pair of super ape skates!!

-U&I St-Laurent ---> also carries good stuff like Acne, Cloak, APC, etc (http://www.boutiqueuandi.com/)

-Goodfoot St-Laurent ---> sneakers

http://www.getonthegoodfoot.ca/

-Madame Edgar 6370 rue Saint-Hubert ---> designer toys

http://www.madamedgar.com/fr/

Old Montreal is great for shopping, do have a walk on St-Paul and a sandwich at Olive+gourmando (close to reborn)

I dont really go clubbing, but St-Laurent is probably your best bet. Lola lounge plays good hip hop, but ive only been once. Baldwin on Laurier plays good music too (more electro). The W plays really great music also.

Hope this helps, I really like living here, except in winter when its fucking cold, but atleast you can snowboard.

There's a store called [url=http://www.offthehook.ca/ at 1021 Ste.Catherine at the corner of Peel, they carry Upper Playground, among many other brands, they also have flyers for everything that's going on in the city.

There's also a night called Off The Hook(no relation) that some people from a hip-hop radio show do(again, same name, underground hip-hop), at Jupiter Room, 3874 St-Laurent, Fridays. Classic hip-hop.

welcome to montreal

guizmar has listed some good shops, boutique U&I in particular has excellent stuff.

If you're looking more for urban or street style stuff, Aritmetik in Cours Mont-royal (sherbrooke and peel) carries a bit of stussy, etc.

If you're more into the euro-style, SOHO at St. Laurent and Ave. des Pins carries R.A.R.E., lots of earnest sewn, notify.

Oh, and almost forgot, a great place is DUO, which is just west of St. Laurent on Prince Arthur. Nudie, lindeberg, JPG, comme, iceberg etc.

Good luck, enjoy
