I was selling my Uniqlo bag on ebay, this lady got the highest bid, thought it was happy ending.

now this lady is telling me that this bag is not the real Bottega Veneta bag as it doesnt have the brand signature and serial number... well its because its not bottega bag.

Although Ive mentioned that the bag is a "Bottega Style Woven Leather", Ive clearly stated that this bag is UNIQLO bag once in the title, and 3 times in the item description. Now shes refusing to pay.

Is there any way I can make her pay? or do I do the second offer thing to the next highest bidder?
