from the size chart you would need either a size 31 o/w or a size 30 raw.

i've got a pair of skulls 5010xx 6x6 in near new condition. initial soaked and hemmed to a 35" inseam. (so about 2.5" off the inseam) waist is a 31 so it should fit you according to the sizing chart via selfedge.com
