Does anybody keep one? ,i have been asked to start keeping one for a course im on and i havent got a clue what to realy do in em ,ive been told to do more writing than drawing unlike what i normally do but i mean i have kept skethchbooks with drawings and notes in and magazine shit but i was told this aint right.

And tbh i aint realy a write your day/feelings down kinda person.

Just wondering if anybody got a sugestions examples realy.
