waist laid flat: 16 inches

inseam: 29 inches (hemmed for my height 5'10)

edit: i'm 6'1, will these give me the slightly too short, no break chino look all the cool kids are rocking?

I like to wear my pants with a slight break but I would suggest you compare the inseam to your other pants.
