Buying Selvedge + Sizing

Hey sorry but i searched and could not find.

When you buy Selvedge (APC, NUDIES, blah blah blah) How do you pick the best size? Are they supposed to be skin F*ckn Tight? and what about shrinkage?

I tried on a pair of APC's and I was size 29 when i'm usually a 31. Will they shrink to 29? WTF I'm so confused.

I know you should cold wash and wear/ hang dry but what if you dry-clean first. I haven't bougth selvedge yet, but plan on when I get back home in a few months.

I've got a similar question too, which i guess goes to anyone who got both a pair of nudie RR's and 1947 LVC..

I wear a 32 waist in the nudie RR, although it has stretched out so i have to wear it with a belt (after 3 months,no wash yet)

So my question is, should i go for a 32" waist in the 1947 LVC? I know people saying go buy a size up but i was wondering if they stretched out like that too (if the overall stretching/shrinking is that bad)? my true size is a 31 by the way..

Also, before I get flamed here, I wish i could just go to a store and try them on, but thats not an option when you live in a small and shitty norwegian town in the middle of nowhere like I do lol.
