slam city is a skate shop that has been running for a million years. it's in Neal's Yard. Stock Nike SB, Silas etc etc.

Below it is Rough Trade records, which is also worth a look ...

Slammin Kicks is, I think, run by completely diff people. It's on Beak Street, near the Hideout and Busy Workshop

OK, cheap food, Wagamamas is always pretty good. DimT in Charlotte Street for a snazzy take on Dim Sum ... Curry on Brick Lane (go and check out Glorias for trainers)

Cafe 1001 just off brick lane in the Truman Brewery does nice food on the weekend

go walk around carnaby street (bond and some other cool shops there)

check out ted baker on regent street

uniqlo on regent (this is londons flagship store)

spend at least one day in soho- theres a couple great bookstores over right across from stussy (i think its earlham street)

go pick up half price tickets to a show from TKTS
