Nice winter jacket?

I am looking for a nice winter jacket, that is warm. Any cool companies??

What I don't want is a snowbord jacket, or that style.

It shouldn't be a North Face or gore-tex style jacket either.

It doesn't have to be super warm, just warm enough to walk around in the city when it's snowing.

With or without hood doesn't matter.

Preferably black.
