brand name question (n.e.r.d , amerie videos)?

ive seen pharell (yeah him again) rocking this companys blue blazer in "maybe" video and amerie in recent ricky martin video. also seen a jacket with this logo on wajeed from PPP in some photo on the net. the logo is some kind of military badge, im sure some of u know what i mean. i hope its not a super-obvious-late-pass question..

It looks surplus, the emblem is an NCO rank insignia not a clothing label, looks to be a sergeant.
