Help with getting Alfredo Bannister shoes

OK,

I need help from the people familiar with this brand.

I really like their mens line:

And want to get a pair of their boots and shoes. But I have two problems:

One, I am a size 45 (or 12 in USA) and at-scelta only goes up to 44. Are there other stores in Japan that I could contact that would carry size 45? Is it even available?

The second problem is that I am in the USA. I am assuming that I could use Celga or bid-service.jp to order them? But I never have used them before, is this correct and do people have good experiences?

Well, a third problem is that I don't speak any Japanese!

Also, can anyone who owns a pair describe their fit? They seem narrow, but any details about fit and contruction would be useful.

I emailed their parent company Abahouse International, but haven't heard back from them, and thats why I am posting here.
