Dior Homme Waxed Jeans

Hi All,

I have been looking for a pair of dior homme waxed jeans and i found a pair in my size on eBay. Just wondering what you think about the authenticity and does the buy-it-now price seem resonable? How much do you think the auction will end at?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7719046364&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&rd=1

Also does anyone have any experience with these jeans? Like how would you wash them? (if at all) and how is the fit?

Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure about the authenticity but I would be careful buying them from hong kong. The sellers usually make it a point to take pictures of the usual spots that verify them as real, which this guy didn't seem to do at all.

Also, this same pair was up for Buy it Now last night for between $500-600, just so you know what ballpark you're dealing with. I've also been trying to pair a find of black dior's (in 31 or so), and haven't had much luck for the past month+.

I think they look pretty cool, kinda a grungy look... they look good on the model in the listing...

Yeah the orange dyes are awesome too but wanted to get a pair that are a bit more unique..

As for the authenticity i was thinking that it would be difficult to fake the jeans i mean with the fading and waxing process probably being pretty difficult... but who knows... i have seen the actual products in the shops and they look pretty similar to the pictures.. i have a few more days to think about it before i bid.. probably ask for more pictures..

the waxed black ones, I've tried them on..they're great for an all black rock and roll look. The rips at the bottom of the jeans is the plus. I know these are very hard to find now.

the jeans look real to me. I mean, everything is intact, the back pocket dart, the treatment looks on point, etc...usually fakes for Dior jeans that pop up on ebay are pretty easy to spot...Dior Homme as a brand is too discreet for it to create a high demand for fakes. So the fake DH jeans that you will see usually have shitty distressing, are insanely baggy, an inseam of 32-ish as opposed to the standard 36, the 'bee' logo stitched on back pocket, "Dior" stamped rivets, etc. Basically signs that are saying out loud "THIS IS DIOR," which these black waxed jeans dont seem to do. The cut looks fine too, and that's the main drawing point of DH jeans anyway (to me at least). I can say with confidence that you can bid without worries (No, I am not affiliated with the seller).

and to the poster above me, I think you're thinking of the destroyed black denim from Strip? That one had a laser coating and the rips on the calves, and were super skinny...produced for S/S 04 collection it wasn't subsequently re-released, while these black waxed jeans in original post are carried over from season to season (though not all boutiques worldwide order them in every season).
