its better to keep them, they will build you casinos.

they don't really last long enough for any real hard labor because their immune systems are not used to common diseases that ours combat easily

protect your investment, make sure it's at least 50m above sea level, because you don't want your island to become Atlantis if/when Antarctica melts.

Buying an island is so last millenium. You should think about buying an undersea residence. Obviously more in line with current events and predicted market shifts, while benefitting across the board from increased badassness.
