I was looking for a way to gain weight/mass.

I'm a pretty skinny guy, I'm about 1,80m and weigh 65k, and I have a really high metabolism (I think it's something like 1800calories).

I've been going to gym and following the routines that were given to me by the PT's but all that's done was reduce my body fat index to like 3%, which is borderline unhealthy.

I've tried eating loads, but it doesn't really work, or doesn't seem to.

What are the best foods and best ways for me to put on more weight.

werd, i just finished up most of the work i had left for the year so i'm just cruising now

to keep this threak on point...i've been lifting and doing HIIT and i feel DIESEL!!!!!

and one mirror in my house ( i think its a magic mirror) makes me look like i have abs instead of just one big ab..........

This is some fucking bullshit.

I hate my temporary 1 month gym. Squat rack in it sucks. Pins are either too high or too low. Fuck me being a hobbit.

I was there around 6 last night, fucking clusterfuck. So many fuckers just standing around and just talking. I'm so glad I had my iPod and didn't hear any shit.

Pulldown cable thing only goes to 130, lol. DBs up to 100, lol.

I guess I can still bench and squat(kinda I guess) and work on shoulders :/

same bullshit at my gym. When I hit sets of 8 on Incline DB w/ 100s, (strengthwise) would you suggest adding reps to it or moving to incline barbell and keep going? I feel like I get stronger when I use DB on incline and military press, though i've done 6 rep sets of Incl. barbell in the past.

and on friday my bench sets were 300/300/305/315 all for a complete 4 reps.

my mediocre 405 squat.

i got 430 in me forr sureee

nice, that shit came up quick! definitely got 430 in ya..

since I've dropped weight to 175, I can only get up 405 on a good day..

definitely trying to get my squat back up to 435 while staying under 178

really difficult when you're trying to stay light while doing it :(

happy late holidays and new years

i eat a lot now because of the holiday season so i weigh of almost 180 lbs. now i am on the borderline of Medium and Large clothes.. so some of my sweaters are too tight, and i look a very "sissy" so my mother say it and my wife she doesnt like it either.
