They came that way, it looks like the guy who wore them a few times then sold them to me had them cuffed and let the cuff fall under his shoe sole, causing a bit of wear.

Unfortunately, the pics he sent me along with his post guaranteeing them to be in 'like new' condition said nothing about this.
