What chest size is this best suited for?

shoulder 45~46cm

chest (pit2pit)55~56cm

length 93cm

it is supposed to fit loose as i feel. But cant say what is the best chest size to wear this...i think its pretty much a personal preference thing. i am size 46 and this fits me well. but i could also wear size xxs.
